Easy Nutty Fudge Bars

Base: 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix 1/2 c Butter, melted 2 Eggs Topping: 1/2 c Butter 1 c Dark Chocolate Chips 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 12 oz Salted Mixed Nuts |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir base ingredients until well blended. Press evenly into bottom of pan. To make topping: in medium microwavable bowl, microwave half cup butter uncovered on high 30 seconds to 60 seconds until melted. Add chocolate chips; stir to melt. Microwave 15 seconds, if necessary, to melt chips. Add condensed milk; stir until completely blended. Pour over base in pan. Spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 28-30 minutes or until topping is set. Cool completely, about 1.5 hours. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. |
